Coronary artery spasm can be a complication of transient ischaemic attacks (TIA). They are defined as the occurrence of focal neurological symptoms in a context of transient ischaemia of the cerebrum in the absence of a cause of cerebral infarction or intracerebral haemorrhage. To assess the frequency of myocardial infarction in patients with TIA and evaluate whether differences exist between the initial attack and the recurrent ones. All patients with TIA in our institution who came from January 1995 to December 2003 were included in the study. The diagnostic criteria for TIA were patients with transient focal neurological deficit not lasting more than 24 hours. Clinical and angiographic data were recorded for patients with cardiac disease, as well as risk factors for coronary artery disease. From a total of 86 cases with TIA (48 women, 38 men), mean age was 59.5 ± 10.7 years (33-86). Twenty-three patients (26.7%) had myocardial infarction at onset (group A) whereas 23 (26.7%) others presented recurrence of TIA (group B). Of a total of 29 patients with TIA and myocardial infarction, 24 (83.3%) had angina and 10 (41.7%) underwent to coronary angiography. The median delay between the first occurrence of myocardial infarction and the TIA was 8 days (1-42). The frequency of myocardial infarction in TIA was 0.20% (2/86). Patients with recurrent TIA had a significantly higher frequency of myocardial infarction than the ones with the initial TIA (p = 0.034). The frequency of TIA and myocardial infarction was 0.20%, which is similar to the frequency reported for population studies. A higher frequency of recurrence in patients with recurrent TIA was observed which may be a pointer to the vascular origin of some strokes.Raped women's first step is not to cry, or seek sympathy. I started learning c++ on my own and I've made some algorithms before, but the following method seems to be horribly inefficient. How should I improve it? My classes are as follows: struct Color { int red; int green; int blue; Color(int r, int g, int b) : red(r), green(g), blue(b) {} Color getColor() { return {red, green, blue}; } }; struct ColorList { ColorList() {} const ColorList& getColorList() { return *this; } }; struct ColorRenderer { ColorRenderer() { colorList = std::list(); } ColorList& getColorList() { return colorList; } std::list& getColors() { return colorList.back(); } private: ColorList colorList; }; It is pretty bad I know, but it is one of my first algorithms I've ever written. For instance, this method is used to colorize a picture made of triangles, so it performs good, but I want to improve it, so please help me out! A: If you're just starting out in C++, your code is ok. I think you can improve your colour representation class by using enum instead of separate int for each colour. There are a lot of things I liked about Doctor Who, some that I didn't. A lot of things I didn't like about who. This is me, saying one thing about what I didn't like about who. Of course it has a theme, which I'm going to try and avoid, so it might be useless. By useless I mean that I might say f30f4ceada
