Perhaps we overlook the best ones, for they are very nutritious but they are not so attractive for the eye and are not popular in our households. Many of them are almost invisible in our vegetable garden. We need a keen eye to spot them, and a little work to get their best qualities. Fried food is a popular food in all the continents. In every country, there are people who like this kind of food and others who hate it. It is, therefore, not difficult to predict that if you are going to make fried food, you need to make it the best it can be. It should not be greasy, and that’s why you need to use the best oils that money can buy. Your job will be much easier if you understand the steps that go to the making of fried food. The concept of frozen food is not new. In fact, during World War I people used to thaw the food. They used to fry it afterwards, for at that time there was a high rate of unemployment and not much food. Nowadays people have other ways of preparing the food and freezing is one of them. They cannot prepare the food properly, because the food is frozen while it is still raw.
